Project Executive (Precision Engineering)

Basic information: 

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  Saturday 8am - 12pm (Work from home)
• Basic UP $4200
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Bonus provided

Job Scope: 

• Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financial performance to ensure costs are controlled and remain within approved budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual obligations to support smooth project execution.
• Source, evaluate, and compile quotations from subcontractors based on project requirements and specifications.
• Negotiate with contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions from initial estimates through to final pricing approval.
• Develop and coordinate work schedules with site teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage project administration and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

Additional Information: 

• Preferably experienced in HDB projects with a main contractor and exposure to tendering activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
