Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning (scope, timelines, resources) and oversee end-to-end delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute multiple projects effectively
• Track progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing priorities
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including escalations
• Implement risk mitigation and continuous process optimization initiatives
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct project reviews and report insights to leadership
• Identify growth opportunities and drive new initiatives
• Lead and develop large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Any other duties/projects assigned from time to time

• Proven team leadership and people management experience
• Strong project management across planning, execution, and delivery
• Ability to manage escalations and perform under pressure
• Skilled in identifying issues and implementing process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong execution skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or a relevant technical discipline
• Background in Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with automation and AI-driven productivity tools
• Experience using data to drive decision-making
