Project Manager

MooVita is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead Autonomous Shuttle Service deployment projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management expertise, and the ability to navigate regulatory environments effectively.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Need to be familiar with technical workings of Autonomous Systems to be able to effectively interface with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external authorities
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of SOP adherence, continuous improvement and high performance

Policies and Standards Management

• Support in the development implementation of business policies, procedures, and standards to drive project management excellence. (e.g. ISO9001 QMS)

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with external stakeholders such as Government Authorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and partners
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to facilitate project approvals, compliance, and successful delivery
• Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and public forums related to project activities

Team Management

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team
• Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and career development
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation and excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex technology deployment projects
• Candidates with strong skills and a proven track record may be considered for senior positions
• Knowledge in Autonomous Systems or Systems Engineering is very advantageous
• Previous experience working with Singapore Authorities such as LTA will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
