• 5.5 days, Mon – Fri & Alt Sat (8am to 6pm)

Our Client, a construction and project management company specializing in building works and project execution across Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to join as a Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, organizes and set up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives

• Attends project kick off meetings; project team meetings, and updates on progress

• Coordinates with sub-contractors, consultants, client’s representatives and relevant authorities

• Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and work program

• Manage all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in construction or equivalent

• Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Working Days/Hours           : 5.5 days, Mon – Fri & Alt Sat (8am to 6pm)
