1. Rich hands-on engineering experience

2. Extensive overseas project experience; willing to travel and accept occasional 1–2 months overseas assignments

3. Strong overall large-scale project management capability

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Hardworking and able to quickly adapt to any new work environment

6. Face difficulties head-on, never retreat, never give up, relentless

7. Fluent in English

8. Chemical background preferred

9. Strategic leadership: proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams (process, mechanical, pipes, velves, electrical (E&I), civil, logistics) under tight deadlines. Experienced in conflict resolution, resource allocation, and client-facing technical negotiations.

10. Risk & change management: skilled in early risk identification, mitigation plans, and variation order management without losing momentum

11. Reporting & compliance: familiar with international codes (ASME, API, ISO) and international safety regulations. Able to report to C-suite with clear KPIs.
