PROJECT MANAGER

• Overall project management and implementation of electrical and construction-related projects.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Lead and supervise a team of Project Coordinators, Site Coordinators, Safety Coordinators, and Site Supervisors.
• Prepare cost and revenue calculations and assist in day-to-day site operations.
• Manage project claims, variation orders, progress claims, and application submissions.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to discuss technical and project-related matters.
• Plan, organize, formulate, and implement project safety, environmental, and public relations requirements.
• Authorize and oversee all categories of Work Permits.
• Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures are regularly monitored, audited, and improved where necessary.
• Review audit findings and implement corrective actions to maintain system integrity and compliance.
• Authorize Area Authorities, Performing Authorities, and Issuing Authorities to carry out their duties in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in construction, M&E, electrical, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore safety regulations, Permit-to-Work systems, and project management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
