Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate data center project planning, execution, and delivery from early-stage preparation to project completion.
2. Work closely with internal engineering teams, design consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
3. Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, and overall progress to ensure the project is completed according to company requirements.
4. Review project drawings, technical documents, construction plans, progress reports, method statements, and related project documentation.
5. Support tendering, procurement, contract management, vendor evaluation, and contractor coordination when required.
6. Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of business administration bba business management marketing and related support services.
2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in data center, mission-critical facilities, industrial projects, infrastructure, or large-scale engineering projects.
3. Familiar with project lifecycle management, construction coordination, site management, schedule control, cost control, quality control, and safety management.
4. Strong coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, vendors, government agencies, and internal teams.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
6. Good command of English and Chinese language ability will be an advantage for regional coordination.
