Project Manager (Automotive & Product Development)

We are seeking a dynamic, high-impact Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end product development lifecycles within a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for a strategic executioner who bridges the gap between client expectations and technical delivery. You will navigate cross-border team dynamics, manage complex timelines, and act as a critical anchor between local project teams and China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Own the foundational planning phase, including comprehensive work breakdown structures (WBS) and highly accurate schedule estimations to ensure predictable delivery.
• Travel frequently to lead project kick-offs, drive critical face-to-face discussions, and secure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Act as the primary conduit to our headquarters, managing frequent technical and strategic interactions with Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure seamless project synergy.
• Navigate the product development process with a strict eye on quality assurance, preempting bottlenecks before they impact delivery schedules.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in E

• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science) or a related Scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Solid proficiency in structured product development processes, quality assurance methodologies, WBS, and schedule estimation.
• Professional communication in English and Chinese to articulate complex technical ideas clearly across different cultures and headquarters.
• Ability to travel frequently for project alignment and maintain a result-oriented focus under pressure.
