We are seeking an experienced Project Manager multiple electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance contracts across various client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractual service delivery, leading maintenance teams, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
Manage multiple electrical, ELV, and M&E maintenance contracts across different client sites.
Ensure all maintenance services are delivered in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including response time, system availability, and reporting requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance teams to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company procedures.
Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, firmware updates, cybersecurity patching, system backups, and system upgrades.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure adequate stock availability for maintenance operations.
Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations to clients.
Manage retrofitting, upgrading, enhancement, and additional engineering works from planning through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on maintenance contract performance and operational matters.
Build strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Identify variation orders, enhancement opportunities, and additional service requirements.
Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
Perform any other maintenance or project-related duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, ELV, or M&E maintenance services.
At least 3 years of supervisory or project management experience.
Experience managing maintenance contracts and coordinating multiple client sites.
Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning and contract management.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and own vehicle.
Hands-on experience with Partial Discharge Monitoring Systems will be an advantage.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage.
