Project Manager (Greenfield Projects/ Construction /Pharmaceutical Builds)

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with quality and regulatory standards. 
• Project Planning & Execution: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmaceutical builds, utilizing EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) models. 
• Compliance & Quality Assurance :Ensure all building structures, piping, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations meet stringent GMP, FDA, EMA, and local HSE regulations. 
• Contractor Management: Supervise main contractors and sub-contractors, managing vendor negotiations, procurement of critical equipment, and commercial claims. 
• Risk & Schedule Management: Develop detailed project master schedules, proactively mitigate delays, and manage change controls and site logistics. 
• Commissioning & Handover: Coordinate closely with validation and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from mechanical completion to operational readiness. 
• Experience in large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, or biotech facility construction.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
