End-to-End Execution: Oversee pharmaceutical projects from planning and budgeting through to construction, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Engineering & Procurement: Coordinate engineering deliverables, review technical drawings, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage long-lead equipment procurement.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all phases stringently adhere to GMP, FDA, EMA, and local regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary interface for clients and multidisciplinary project teams to manage scope, risks, and milestones.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of project management experience specifically within pharmaceutical EPCM projects.
Strong technical familiarity with cleanroom construction, process equipment, and validation requirements.
PMP / Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
