About the Role

Our client, a well-established leader in the security systems industry, is looking for a Project Team Manager to oversee the delivery of physical security system projects. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security system projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and handle client escalations professionally.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the ELV, security systems, or related industry.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant engineering qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, Networking, Automation, CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Candidates with experience in the security systems industry will have a strong advantage.
• 🚗 Must possess own vehicle for site visits.
