About ASIS Technologies
As ASIS Technologies approaches its 30th-anniversary brand refresh, we are transforming how integrated physical security systems are maintained and supported. We are stepping away from legacy service models and aggressively pivoting toward mobile ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration. We are looking for a technically sharp, hands-on Project/Service Engineer to join our Singapore headquarters to commission, troubleshoot, and support our enterprise clients' security hardware.
The Role
This is a modern field and technical support role. You will operate as an end-to-end Customer Specialist, serving as the technical authority for your assigned accounts, bridging the gap between physical hardware and advanced software ecosystems.
While your core expertise will be in electronic access control and CCTV hardware, you will not be weighed down by outdated manuals. Instead, you will be equipped with our cutting-edge mobile app as your single-point productivity tool, alongside AI-powered technical support systems to help you diagnose and resolve complex on-site issues instantly.
What You Will Do
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve intricate issues spanning physical hardware (CCTV cameras, access controllers, electronics wiring) and software environments (IP networking, server configuration).
System Ownership: Manage the complete customer service lifecycle, taking full ownership of integrated physical security system health on-site.
Modern Workflows: Utilize our proprietary mobile application to streamline all on-site workflows, diagnostics, and reporting.
Advanced Diagnostics: Leverage AI-powered technical support tools to accelerate fault isolation and deliver rapid solutions to clients.
Service Excellence: Participate in a predictable rotational standby roster to provide critical system support and uphold strict service level agreements (SLAs).
For Senior Candidates: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, overseeing complex site operations, project commissioning, and handling high-pressure technical escalations.
Who We Are Looking For
Engineering Foundation: A solid background in engineering is strictly required, with a strong preference for Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Industry Expertise: Hands-on, practical experience configuring, wiring, and troubleshooting physical access control systems and CCTV infrastructure is highly advantageous.
Modern Mindset: You are highly adaptable, comfortable moving away from legacy processes, and eager to adopt mobile-first workflows and AI diagnostic tools in the field.
Leadership (For Senior Position): Proven capability to guide a technical team, manage site logistics, and handle escalations effectively.
