QA Lead

Position Summary

Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and formulating the Quality Assurance (QA) strategies. The QA Lead will communicate the strategies and processes to the QA team and across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the QA team to oversee implementation andimprovement of IQC, IPQC, OQC, QMS processes related in a timely, efficient,and effective manner.
• Provide a consistent Quality framework for application andpromote the continual improvement and consistent quality management system.
• Establish, develop, and maintain the QMS system and workwith teams to develop and revise procedures that comply with ISO QMS and IATFrequirement. Manage the certification and audit of the Company ISO and IATFprocess.
• Effectively communicate the QA strategies, processes, andneeds across organization, as well as within the QA team.
• Support production on all quality-related activities,including working closely with Engineering and other applicable functions.
• Participate in customer audit, liaise investigations ofquality issue with customers and internal teams and follow up the CAPA actionitems.
• Ensure and lead compliance reviews, including safety,regulatory, environment compliance (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) and riskassessment of potential source of supply.
• Manage and ensure internal and external audit comply to QMSrequirement.
• Monitor and maintain test instrument calibration proceduresand maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for Weekly / Monthly quality performancereports, and various SPC (pFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report) formanagement when required.
• Perform other duties/projects as required orassigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MSA, GR&R, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC & 8D, JMP or Minitab, SAP, Tableau.
• Exhibit analytical ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, and demonstrate resourcefulness to propose solutions.
• Experienced with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 VDA 6.3 Process Audit, along with familiarity in ISO 14001 management systems.
• Possess excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
