QC Inspector (Electronics)

Job Responsibilities

• Verify incoming electronic components against purchase orders and customer requirements.

• Perform quality inspections according to customer specifications and datasheet requirements.

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.

• Input and maintain product information within the receiving system.

• Identify, document, and process non-conforming products in accordance with quality management procedures.

• Label conforming products according to customer packaging requirements.

• Prepare and complete inspection reports accurately.

• Resolve discrepancies relating to incoming products and documentation.

• Pull and prepare stock for shipping activities.

• Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to workplace health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of inspection experience, preferably within the electronics or electronic components industry.
• Experience working in a computer-based operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of electronic components, processors, keyboards, and related hardware is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow established quality, safety, and operational procedures.
