Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector to ensure welding quality and safety, uphold project standards, and maintain compliance with HSE regulations in construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of modern welding techniques to oversee welding quality and safety
• Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure clear understanding of quality requirements
• Verify construction quality aligns with the approved Project Quality Plan
• Interpret and implement project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), procedures, and specifications
• Verify materials against drawings, cutting plans, and QC reports to ensure accuracy
• Conduct visual inspections and document findings in detailed reports
• Perform fit-up inspections according to drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Demonstrate and enforce correct welding procedures on site
• Identify and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for any observed non-compliance
• Ensure continuous compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and requirements
• Conduct inspections related to Structure, Mechanical, Piping, and Blasting activities
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager or QHSE Engineer
