Quality Control Technician (Dual role: Lab & Production Field)

• 12 Hours Rotating Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Rotate between laboratory and field operations duties, supporting plant activities and developing broad operational knowledge.

• Perform laboratory testing and analyze incoming, in-process, and finished product samples to support production quality.

• Prepare chemical reagents and conduct incoming inspections of raw materials.

• Record and communicate test results promptly, highlighting any abnormalities for corrective action.

• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Support equipment maintenance, commissioning, and decommissioning activities while following safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and comply with all SHEQ requirements.

• Participate in safety initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years’ working experience as Laboratory or Chemical Technician in a chemical industry.
