As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving product excellence, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a world-class high-precision manufacturing environment.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures
✅ Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
✅ Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality
✅ Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and customers to resolve quality concerns
✅ Conduct inspections, audits, and process validations
✅ Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
✅ Support customer, supplier, and internal quality initiatives

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering (or related discipline)
✔ Experience in quality engineering within precision engineering, semiconductor, medical devices, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing is preferred
✔ Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and CAPA
✔ Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or other quality management systems
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
