We are hiring Quality Inspectors (QA/QC) to join a leading data centre manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing, or electronics assembly experience who are looking for a stable permanent role with attractive shift allowances and every Sunday off.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Basic Salary: Up to $2,800/month

🍱 Meal Allowance: $8 per workday

🚌 Transport Allowance: $8 per workday

🌞 Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift

🌙 Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift

📍 Work Location: Tampines (East)

📅 Full-Time, Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Assist in failure analysis, defect identification, and quality reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Comply with quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Technical school, vocational school, high school diploma, NITEC or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Able to use torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Good command of English (working language).
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour shiftsDay Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PMNight Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

4-Day Work Week (Fixed Team Assignment)

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Rest Day: Every Sunday
