Quality Lead/Asst.M (AOI Machine Vision - Semiconductor)x2

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to champion quality excellence across our entire Business Unit. In this critical leadership role, you will partner directly with the R&D team to embed quality standards from the very beginning of the product lifecycle. You will act as the primary driver of continuous improvement, ensuring that everything from our product development to customer delivery meets the highest possible standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end quality activities and set R&D quality targets for machine vision, AOI, and semiconductor equipment products
• Support quality planning and control during new product development using the IPD (Integrated Product Development) process
• Investigate equipment quality issues and handle customer complaints by implementing corrective actions using 8D methodology
• Conduct quality reviews, analyze performance data, and improve quality systems to drive continuous improvement

Professional Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in quality-related roles, specifically within the semiconductor equipment, AOI, or machine vision industries.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, or engineering development processes.
• Expertise in quality tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, QC tools) and familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
• Experience in R&D quality and familiarity with the IPD process is highly preferred
