Quality Management Systems Manager (Global QMS)

Responsibilities:

• Lead global QMS governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across all sites
• Drive standardization of procedures, work instructions, and best practices under a unified system
• Oversee global ISO certification management, ensuring continuous validity and audit readiness
• Manage certification bodies, audits, and recertification activities across sites
• Develop and implement a risk-based global internal audit program with standardized methodology
• Ensure timely and effective closure of audit findings with sustainable corrective actions
• Establish and drive enterprise CAPA governance, ensuring strong root cause analysis and recurrence prevention
• Oversee development and control of corporate quality procedures, standards, and documentation
• Align quality processes with design, manufacturing, and operational requirements
• Design and implement training programs based on audit findings, CAPA trends, and compliance gaps
• Lead preparation and engagement for customer, regulatory, and certification audits
• Drive proactive risk management and integrate risk-based thinking into QMS processes
• Promote a strong quality culture and ensure compliance is embedded in daily operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment, benchmarking, and best practice sharing across sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• At least 10 years of experience in QMS, Quality Systems, or Compliance leadership
• Proven experience in global or corporate QMS governance and cross-site harmonization
• Strong expertise in ISO certification management across multiple sites
• Hands-on experience in internal audit programs and CAPA systems
• Demonstrated experience driving transformation, scalability, and operational improvements
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma
