Quality Manager (High-volume Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Quality Management function.
• Manage ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance across operations.
• Plan and lead internal and external quality audits.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Associates.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve product quality.
• Develop quality procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of Quality Management experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and quality management systems.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis (8D), continuous improvement, and project management.
