Job Responsibilities

·      Toprovide sales department by providing cost ofLV switch board

·      Keepproper filling and records of quotedprojects & single line diagrams

·      Manage& upkeep of K3 & E-flow system.

·      Fillin technical specifications for tenderbidding

·      Fillin schedules of rates for tender bidding

·      Determinethe amount, type, and cost ofmaterials require foreach tender bidding &awarded M&E projects

·      Determinethe potential profitability of eachM&E projects to assist management inmaking sound bidding decisions

·      Providingviable solutions to increase projectprofitability

·      Completing& submitting competitive projectbids in accordance with specifications& requirements

·      Regularlyupdating cost database in K3 system toaccurately reflect fluctuating material& labour costs

·      Ensuretimely completion of quotation requestedby sales department

·      Ensurecompletion of quotation before tenderclosing date

JobRequirements

·      ITE/Diplomain Electrical Engineering (AnyElectrical field)

·      Mustbe able to understand single line drawing(Electrical)
