QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ACMV/ M&E)

Job Summary

Support project teams by preparing quantity take-offs, managing supplier quotations, and assisting in submission document and shop drawing preparation for ACMV/M&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for ACMV and M&E bills of quantities to support project cost estimation
• Request and manage quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely procurement
• Assist project teams in preparing submission documents and shop drawings to meet project requirements
• Prioritize, plan, organize, and execute assigned tasks effectively to meet project deadlines
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software to produce accurate technical and administrative documents
• Work independently with minimal supervision to support project progress
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building, M&E services, or ACMV projects

• Salary range: $2,600 - $4,500
