Quantity Surveyor (Costing & Tender Management) - Boon Lay / 5 days / $4k 0580

Working Days: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Boon Lay
Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
• Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities by proposing alternative options
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Ensure all cost proposals comply with client requirements.
• Compile and submit complete costing documentation within required deadlines.
• Maintain updated cost databases and supplier pricing records.
• To upload documentation into the BC system for whichever awarded project.
• Tender Review & Analysis – Examine all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
• Cost Estimation & Pricing – Prepare accurate cost breakdowns covering materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value while meeting project specifications.
• Commercial Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all cost proposals align with client requirements and maintain proper documentation for approvals and submission.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree or equivalent             
• Minimum 2–3-year relevant experience
• Hands on experience in using Dynamic 365 Business Central
