Quantity Surveyor (ELV / BMS / System Integration)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation by reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), cost breakdowns, and tender pricing for ELV, BMS, Security, Networking, Automation, and System Integration projects.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Liaisewith internal engineering and project teams to ensure technical and commercialcompliance with tender requirements.
• Prepare tender submissions, quotations, technical proposals, datasheets, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to improve project competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Support procurement activities and vendor engagement for tender and project requirements.
• Monitor project variations and maintain tender and costing records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Experience in tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, procurement, or project coordination.
• Candidates from ELV, BMS, Security, M&E, Networking, Automation, or System Integration industries are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with preparing quotations, BOM, BQ, cost estimation, and tender submissions.
