Quantity Surveyor (M&E / Fit-Out / Main Building)

We are currently seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) across different construction disciplines, including M&E, Interior Fit-Out, and Main Building Works. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to broaden their project exposure or specialise within a preferred sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from tender to final account

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Conduct site measurements, valuations, and progress claims

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and award recommendations

• Manage variation orders, cost control, and contract administration

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams

• Ensure project cost efficiency and adherence to contractual requirements

• Support final account settlement and project closing

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent

• Minimum 2–5 years (Junior to Mid level) or 5+ years (Senior level) relevant experience

• Exposure in M&E, Fit-Out, or Main Building Construction will be an advantage

• Strong understanding of construction contracts (SIA / PSSCOC / or equivalent)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software (if any)
