Quantity Surveyor (Metal Works)
Salary: $3,000 – $5,000
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am - 12pm (Sat)
Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour.
• Manage variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts.
• Review technical drawings, material orders, and fabrication works.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and production teams.
• Prepare and update fabrication drawings using AutoCAD.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in metal works.
• Able to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and variation claims.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
