R & D MANAGER

·        Strategic Leadership &Innovation

• Drive the R&D strategy, focusing onthe modernization of traditional hydraulic deck equipment (winches, cranes) toelectrical-powered systems.

• Spearhead development initiatives foroffshore renewable technologies, including vertical axis wind turbines andintegrated rotor sailing systems.

• Monitor global maritime technologytrends, environmental regulations, and competitor movements to ensure Tianchengremains at the industry forefront.

·        Project & TechnicalManagement

• Oversee the end-to-end management ofR&D projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and technical specificationsare met on time.

• Supervise in-house system design,engineering documentation, and the creation of detailed Bills of Materials(BOM).

• Coordinate with the Chief Engineer andproduction teams to facilitate the successful transfer of new designs intomanufacturing.

·        Team Leadership &Collaboration

• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary teamof engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of discipline,dedication, and innovation.

• Act as a bridge between the R&Ddepartment and Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure market-drivenproduct development.
