Key Responsibilities
About the Company
Join a rapidly expanding global technology manufacturer serving the automotive and sensor industries. This role offers exposure to product development, New Product Introduction (NPI), process optimisation, and cross-functional project leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development to production handover.
Drive process development and continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, productivity, and process stability.
Conduct root cause analysis, DOE, and corrective actions for product and process issues.
Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) studies and support new product development activities.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors to support project execution.
Handle customer technical issues and drive quality improvements.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and quality control plans.
Support ISO/IATF16949, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in R&D, NPI, Process Development, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience in optoelectronics, sensors, semiconductor, automotive, or precision engineering industries preferred.
Knowledge of DOE, DFM, root cause analysis, and process optimisation methodologies.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Creo, SAP, and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
