Lead Regional Operations Across Southeast Asia

Join FUZE Singapore as we continue expanding our regional operations. We're looking for an experienced field service leader who is passionate about operational excellence, developing people, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the Oil & Gas, LNG, Marine and Heavy Industries.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Field Service Lead to oversee field operations across Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian region. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing field service activities, leading project execution, mentoring technicians, and working closely with clients to ensure the safe and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service operations across regional projects.
• Coordinate mobilisation, planning and execution of site activities.
• Mentor and develop field technicians to build a strong regional workforce.
• Liaise directly with clients, engineers and site management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to the growth of FUZE's regional operations.
• Travel regularly throughout Southeast Asia to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Marine or Heavy Industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams or shutdown projects.
• Experience in composite repairs, industrial coatings, mechanical maintenance or similar field services.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in offshore, remote and industrial environments.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical personnel.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC systems and safety compliance.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively throughout Southeast Asia.

Candidates with Engineering or Trade qualifications, offshore certifications (BOSIET, CA-EBS, IRATA, H₂S) and ISO 24817 or ASME PCC-2 experience will be highly regarded.
