💼 Job Scope
• Manage and support distributors across regional markets
• Drive channel sales and identify new business opportunities
• Support product launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities
• Monitor distributor performance and sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
• Build strong relationships with distributors and provide product training

✅ Requirements
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Min 3 years of sales or channel management experience in scientific, analytical, clinical, or life science equipment
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Comfortable travelling overseas (at least once a month)
• Microscopy knowledge or experience is an advantage
