Regional Sales Manager – Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary sales and clinical applications team.
• Drive divisional sales, profitability, and market growth.
• Develop and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies.
• Manage P&L, budgets, inventory, pricing, and sales forecasts.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and principal manufacturers.
• Oversee government tenders, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead successful product launches.
• Ensure excellent customer service through effective pre- and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related discipline.
• 8 years of sales experience in Medical Devices, or Healthcare Solutions.
• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience managing successful sales teams.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Experience managing P&L, sales planning, inventory, and commercial operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
