We take pride in our integrated approach, combining top-tier in-house craftsmanship with robust digital project management.
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Renovation Coordinator with a strong M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) focus to manage on-site compliance, utility coordination, and safety protocols. 💡 Mid-Career Switchers Welcome: We actively welcome graduates from the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) or relevant conversion programmes in Built Environment/Facilities Management. Training on internal workflows will be provided.
Permit-to-Work (PTW): Take full ownership of preparing, submitting, and tracking PTW applications for both commercial building managements and residential estates.
Utility Coordination: Manage SP Group applications end-to-end, including new account openings, power isolation, meter disconnections, and re-energisation.
Power Turn-On Procedures: Coordinate safe power turn-on/off operations alongside our appointed Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) in strict compliance with EMA guidelines and SS 638.
Site Safety: Conduct daily tool-box briefings, ensure adherence to MOM Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, and maintain updated Risk Assessment (RA) records.
Drawing Review: Interpret and verify electrical, plumbing, and ACMV drawings against actual site as-built conditions to prevent spatial clashes.
Authority Liaison: Coordinate site inspections and submissions with Professional Engineers (PE) and Licensed Plumbers (LP).
Infrastructure Works: Supervise power meter relocations, DB box upgrades, and cable routing works executed by sub-contractors.
Quality Standards: Ensure all M&E installations adhere to SS 638 (Electrical Installations) and SS 637 (Water Services).
Progress Tracking: Monitor M&E site schedules closely, identifying potential delays early and reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Sub-contractor Management: Supervise and verify the quality of work delivered by electrical, plumbing, and HVAC sub-contractors.
Documentation: Maintain systematic daily site logs, photo records of hidden works, and handover defect checklists.
Education: Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or M&E coordination. (Graduates from relevant SCTP/Built Environment conversion programs with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply).

Practical understanding of PTW workflows with building MCSTs.
Familiarity with SP Group application procedures and LEW testing workflows.
Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements for renovation sites.
