Resident Architect (LTA Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Be stationed full-time on site, from not less than 6 months before BSC until CWW is obtained.

• Oversee construction works to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and local regulations.

• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with BCA requirements, local building codes, and authority submissions, and support inspections and audits.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and quality issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with a Diploma in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of construction supervision experience in projects of similar scale and complexity within the local context.
