Resident Engineer

Resident Engineer (RE)

Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee construction works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.

• Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship.

• Coordinate with the Qualified Person (QP), contractors, consultants and relevant authorities on site matters.

• Review method statements, shop drawings and technical submissions where required.

• Identify non-compliance and ensure timely rectification of works.

• Maintain site records and prepare inspection reports.

• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Qualified Person (QP).

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• Registered Resident Engineer (RE) in Singapore.

• Relevant experience in construction site supervision.

• Good knowledge of construction practices, relevant codes and safety requirements.

• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
