Salary: Gross up to $4,000
Location: Macpherson
Working Hours:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On standby at the company premises)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM (On standby from home)

Key Duties:

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing emergency repairs at vehicle breakdown locations.
• Carry out on-site roadside services, including tyre changes, battery replacements, jump-starts, and fluid top-ups.
• Maintain accurate service records by documenting breakdown incidents, vehicle conditions, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Deliver professional customer service by assisting motorists during breakdowns and coordinating with workshops for vehicle recovery and follow-up repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive servicing or roadside assistance experience.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
