SaaS Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SaaS/Platform Engineers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Drive platform governance, including security, RBAC, compliance, audit readiness, disaster recovery, and vulnerability management.
• Lead platform upgrades, patching, automation, monitoring, and continuous operational improvements.
• Support and lead migration of legacy on-premise systems to AWS Cloud.
• Administer observability platforms and tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and their integrations.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release management, including RCA and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Brings along at least 8 years of experience in Enterprise Platform Engineering, SaaS Operations, IT Infrastructure, or System Engineering within medium-to-large or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS and on-premise platforms, including AWS Cloud and on-premise to cloud migration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC), observability tools (Splunk/Dynatrace), automation scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell), ITIL processes, RBAC, and security/compliance.
• Experience leading or mentoring platform engineers, driving operational excellence, automation, and platform reliability.
• Proven experience managing vendors, software licensing, escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Security, DevOps, Operations, Business).
