Sales and Application Engineer for semiconductor failure analysis equipment

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Application Engineer for semiconductor metrology and electrical failure analysis (EFA) tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities within targeted semiconductor and general industry accounts to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand business opportunities and foster customer loyalty
• Plan and forecast sales opportunities by managing and updating sales pipelines to ensure accurate business projections
• Deliver clear and persuasive business presentations to potential and existing customers to communicate product value and solutions
• Analyze client needs and requirements to design and implement effective solution strategies that address technical challenges
• Provide application and equipment installation support to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Apply silicon debug and failure analysis knowledge on electronic systems and integrated circuits to support client needs
• Demonstrate analytical and detail-oriented skills focused on debugging IC chips and failure analysis
• Utilize knowledge of ATE testers, test software, and hardware configuration to enhance solution delivery
• Understand semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics to inform technical discussions
• Familiarity with failure analysis, troubleshooting/debugging, advanced packaging, wafer testing, and component testing
• Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Organize work effectively with sharp attention to detail to manage multiple tasks
• Communicate clearly in written and oral forms to engage clients and internal teams
• Use computer skills efficiently to support sales and technical activities

Education

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Semiconductor Engineering
