Sales and Service Engineer

The role involves managing new and existing projects, providing technical support, operational or maintenance to customers, and promoting Large Refrigeration systems, Dryers and Filters for Compressed Air and other Industrial products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new and existing projects

• Provide technical support, operational or maintenance to customers

• Assist in the preparation of all necessary documentation requirements including preparing Quotation

• Promote Large Refrigeration systems, Dryers and Filters for Compressed Air and other Industrial products

• Promote and identify new business opportunity and develop good accounts

• Service and maintain good relationship with existing client

• Attend to any technical complaints and application questions from customers

• Troubleshooting and Repair on site 

• Coordinate with Service Technicians / Engineer to serve the customers

• Ad-hoc duties

About you

• 3 years' experienced with machineries are essential

• Personnel who have worked in large projects and construction sites may be given preference

• A good team player with drive and initiative

• Highly motivated self-starters, analytical and logical

• Moderate travelling may be required

• Hand-on work

• Passionate in doing sales
