Sales and Service Engineer

We are an emerging semiconductor equipment manufacturer looking for Sales and Service Engineer to scale oversea markets.  This role blends seamlessly business development with hands on field servicing support offering true ownership over both revenue generation and technical delivery.  You will own the entire client journey from identifying sales prospective through signing the deal to ensuring the equipment runs flawless on site.  

As a young business, we move fast and change often.  Hence, ideal candidate must be easygoing, ego-free and be ready to wear multiple hats as our business evolves.

Position: Sales and Service Engineer

Requirements:

• Sales drive:  Working independently and ready to penetrate untapped markets
• Marketing: Coordinating trade shows and scaling overseas via identify and building distribution networks to expend global market reach.
• Technical Servicing & Support:  To support our factory systems buy-off prior to shipment.
• Client's site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting will be required.
• Product Application Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment applications.  
• Customer Training: Conduct comprehensive training programs for customers on equipment operations, maintenance & troubleshooting procedures. 

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/ Mechatronics or Industrial Automation)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of related industry.
• Self-motivated and able work independently.
• Able to communicate well in both English and Mandarin (mandarin to communicate with China factory).
• Knowledge on wafer fabrication and IC chip assembly process is added advantage.
• Willingly to travel overseas & work at client site
• Sales primary role BUT capable to handle field service, installation and conduct buy-off acceptance requirements.
• Strong technical proficiency required to deliver post-sales commissioning.
