My client is a leading producer of test & measurement electronics equipment

about the job

• Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine and power products
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and suppliers
• Oversee all aftersales operations, including maintenance programs, warranty claims, and spare parts availability
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of both the sales and service teams
• Manage departmental budgets, track operational KPIs, and prepare management reports
• Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate contracts to expand market presence

skills & experience required

• Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Min 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, ideally within the marine industries
• Proven track record in sales management, achieving targets, and handling dealer networks
• Prior experience managing aftersales operations and familiarity with technical equipment are preferred
