Sales Engineer

We're looking for a Sales Engineer to support business growth by managing client accounts through enquiries, engineering projects, and project delivery from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with targeted accounts.
• Manage sales pipelines and forecast business opportunities effectively.
• Manage client enquiries and prepare commercial and technical proposals and negotiations.
• Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Project coordination with stakeholders throughout project execution (Commercial, Fabrication and Installation Timeline)
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Participate in Marketing activities such as exhibitions, conferences, visits, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project engineering, project management, or technical sales.
• Analytical, Detailed Oriented, Flexible and Dynamic, with strong Critical Thinking and Time Management skills
• Strong Communication, Problem-solving, and Project coordination skills.
• Able to speak and write English and Chinese.
• Ability to travel regionally as per project required.
