Job Descriptions -
. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
. Identify and engage potential customers in the semiconductor and electronics sectors.
. Build long-term client relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams.
. Provide technical insights and support during the sales process, including pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful execution.
. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and business development.
. Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
Job Requirements -
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the semiconductor test industry (ATE, handlers, test sockets, load boards, etc.)
. Proven ability to manage sales cycles and deliver results.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
. Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific region to meet with customers and attend exhibitions and other business events.
