Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and helping customers to identify the best solutions for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide pre-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
