Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technical Sales Engineer to drive product adoption and deliver expert solution consultation to clients across various industries. Starting with structured, fully paid training at the Singapore regional headquarters, you will master advanced product applications, engage closely with clients, and travel extensively to support customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Regional Training: Undergo 3 to 6 months of paid, intensive product and application training at the Singapore Head Office to build deep technical expertise.

Technical & Product Mastery: Develop an in-depth command of automated products, technical capabilities, and multi-industry applications through continuous seminars, coursework, and hands-on site experiences.

Consultative Selling & Application Support: Provide technical consultation and on-site support to clients, analyzing operational needs to recommend, demonstrate, and promote optimal product solutions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, technical counterparts, and partners.

Mobility & Travel:

High willingness to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time), including overnight trips.

Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is strongly preferred.

Core Competencies:

Strong technical aptitude with a consultative, problem-solving sales approach.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-relationship management skills.
