Job Summary

Drive sales growth by maintaining and expanding customer relationships in assigned territories. Lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and loyalty.
• Identify and develop potential customers within assigned territories to expand market presence.
• Proactively engage prospective customers to establish relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions to support product definition and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Monitor project tenders within the market to capture business opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers, internal administration teams, and factories to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support.
• Analyse market opportunities and competitive threats to provide actionable feedback to regional and headquarters teams for product development and business growth strategies.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with a strong sales-driven mindset and proven track record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experiences.
• Strong team player with the ability to prioritize opportunities and think strategically.
• Fluent in English; additional language capabilities are an advantage.
