Sales Engineer (Actuator)

Job scope:

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in the company's actuator products, accessories, applications, and relevant industry standards.
• Provide technical support on product selection, sizing, application, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and recommend suitable, cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review technical documents, including sizing calculations, datasheets, engineering submittals, and project records.
• Develop technical content, application guides, case studies, and marketing materials to support business development.
• Deliver technical training, product presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with principals and suppliers, coordinating product support, documentation, certifications, and training.
• Evaluate new products, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and recommend portfolio improvements.
• Support project execution by ensuring technical compliance and collaborating with sales and project teams to deliver effective engineering solutions.
