Sales Engineer (HVAC & Building Solutions)

An established multinational engineering solutions provider is expanding its sales team and is looking for dynamic Sales Engineers to support business growth across HVAC equipment, cooling solutions, and building services projects.

Whether you have experience in engineering sales, HVAC systems, building services, project sales, or industrial solutions, we welcome candidates who are passionate about developing customer relationships and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, building owners, facility managers, and industrial customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.

• Promote engineering solutions and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Conduct sales visits, follow up on project opportunities, and support contract negotiations.

• Maintain sales forecasts and market intelligence.

• Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.

• Experience in engineering sales, technical sales, business development, HVAC, M&E, building services, industrial equipment, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in technical sales are welcome to apply.
