Sales Engineer (Water Quality Analysers)

• Position : Sales Engineer (Water Quality Analysers)
• Location : Kallang
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and grow key accounts across water utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users and engineering firms.
• Identify new business opportunities, projects and tender prospects in water and wastewater applications.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
• Work closely with technical, service and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates and management reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments or environmental technologies.
• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in water, wastewater or process industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of online or laboratory water quality analysers such as pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients or metals.
• Experience managing sales teams and key accounts will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategic, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Willing to travel when required.Preferably with own transport
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
